Physician (Primary Care)

Provide compassionate, patient-first primary care in a team-based setting, delivering both in-person and virtual services. Perform physical examinations, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions. Create individualized prevention and treatment plans and build lasting patient relationships through empathetic, attentive communication and longer visits.

Key Duties

• Deliver comprehensive primary care via in-person and virtual encounters
• Assess patients, diagnose conditions, and manage ongoing care
• Develop personalized prevention and treatment strategies
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and technology teams to improve access and outcomes
• Use clinical data and digital tools to support evidence-based care and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Medical degree
• Active state medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Relevant clinical experience
