• The Staff Physician provides direct patient care and emergency services to ensure patient healthcare needs are met at all times.

Experience, Education, Training, Special Skills, And Licensure

• MD
• Current unrestricted Louisiana Medical License

Job Function

• Patient Care: Provides direct patient care in the office and other locations, develops treatment plans, and assesses patient responses, ensuring high-quality healthcare services.
• Emergency Care: Provides high-quality emergency care on an on-call basis and in rotation with other physicians (Note: Industrial Medical Center's Staff Physician does not provide on-call services).
• Quality and Performance Improvement: Investigates new techniques, practices, and equipment to maximize quality and efficiency, and participates in quality improvement programs and efforts.
• Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborates with other physicians to ensure high-quality, technologically advanced healthcare services.
• Education and Training: Participates in educational programs, in-service meetings, and training sessions to share expertise and promote growth.
• Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
