Physician, Pediatric Otolaryngologist

Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY seeks an American Board‑Certified (BE/BC) Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join the team at Golisano Children’s Hospital. An academic appointment through the University at Buffalo (UB) is preferred, offering a pathway into academic medicine and teaching opportunities with more than 60 fellowship and residency training programs.

About the Position

• Outpatient office located in the hospital‑based clinic.
• Clinical surgical time at the hospital, including inpatient service and consults.
• Support for the busy pediatric program through collaboration with a dedicated team and administration.
• Reasonable on‑call responsibilities with a strong referral base.
• Mentorship opportunities and APP (Advanced Practice Provider) support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $475,000–$550,000, plus RVU sign‑on bonus.
