Our client in Indiana is actively seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist Physician to join their team for a 60‑day assignment, commencing on Jul 27, 2026. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive inpatient care to pediatric patients, managing a diverse range of cases from high‑risk deliveries and NICU support to ventilation management, ensuring critical support within a dynamic hospital environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide care for Nursery / NICU patients.
- Attend C‑sections and high‑risk deliveries.
- Manage deliveries.
- Perform non‑invasive ventilation management (bipap/CPAP).
- Oversee pediatric ventilation management.
- Handle acute patient care needs.
- Perform intubation (ENT/INT).
- Provide comprehensive newborn care.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Pediatrics required.
- EMR System: Cerner.
- Anticipate seeing approximately 10 patients per shift.
