Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician – Join the Team in the Children’s ER

IES, Integrative Emergency Services, a physician‑owned private practice, is recruiting full‑time, part‑time or PRN Pediatric Emergency Medicine physicians to join the team in the Children’s ER at Tucson Medical Center.

Pediatric Emergency Department

• Volume: 31,000
• Admission Rate: 1%
• Patients/Hour: 1.5-2 per clinician
• Physician Coverage: 30 hrs daily
• Physician Shifts: 9 hours
• APP Coverage: 12 hrs daily, 18 hours during winter surge
• Pedi ED Beds: 14
• Pedi Hospital Beds: 33
• NICU: 42‑bed, Level III
• PICU: 12 beds
• EMR: Epic

Qualifications

• BC/BE Pediatrician with Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship
• BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician with Pediatric Emergency Fellowship or combined Adult/Pediatric Emergency Medicine residency
• BC Pediatrician with Pediatric Critical Care fellowship & 10 years hospital ER experience
• BC Pediatrician with 10 years hospital ER experience
• Arizona Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA
