Physician - Pediatric Adolescent Medicine

Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin, is seeking a BC/BE fellowship-trained Adolescent Medicine physician to join our collaborative team and to provide compassionate high-quality patient care to teens and young adults. This fellowship-trained/Board Eligible Physician will be integral in caring for the special needs of teenagers and young adults, treating a variety of adolescent health conditions, from brain health disorders and reproductive health to physical injuries, while also collaborating with other Children's Hospital Subspecialists. Providers are also heavily engaged in the education and training of residents, medical education, and research to build a strong foundation of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate high-quality patient care to teens and young adults
• Care for the special needs of teenagers and young adults, treating a variety of adolescent health conditions, from brain health disorders and reproductive health to physical injuries
• Collaborate with other Children's Hospital Subspecialists
• Participate in the education and training of residents
• Be involved in medical education and research

Compensation

• Nationally competitive compensation plan
• Compensation floor of $280,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
• Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years

Requirements
