Physician Owner & Medical Director, Post-Acute Care

Circadia Health is expanding its clinical delivery infrastructure and establishing physician-owned professional corporations in multiple states, supported by a management services organization. We seek experienced physicians to serve as owner and President of one or more affiliated medical groups.

This is a governance and clinical leadership role — not a full-time clinical position — with responsibility for clinical oversight and regulatory compliance.
