Position Overview
WVUHS Medical Group seeks an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to practice at the primary location in Charles Town, WV.
Responsibilities
- Practice in the area of hand surgery.
- Diagnose, treat, and perform surgery for musculoskeletal system conditions.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
- Eligibility to obtain a state medical license.
- Completed an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency and a Hand Surgery fellowship.
- Board certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery (all qualifications must be met by the time of appointment).
Location
Charles Town, WV (Eastern Panhandle). The location is a little more than an hour from Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD, offering a rural atmosphere with easy accessibility to the DC/Baltimore area.
Work Hours
40 scheduled weekly hours. Exempt (United States of America).
