Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Ophthalmologist who has completed a Retina fellowship to join an established Ophthalmology team in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This busy practice offers full-scope subspecialty care with an excellent referral base and potential for unlimited growth. Providers will benefit from a collaborative environment supported by dedicated ancillary staff, a full complement of diagnostic equipment, and an attached clinic-hospital-ASC.

Responsibilities
- Involved in medical education and research to continue building our strong foundation of patient care, research and education
Compensation
- Annual compensation of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract
- Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- A $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years
