Job Overview

We are seeking a board‑certified optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care at our SSM Health Davis Duehr Dean clinic in Baraboo. The role involves delivering high‑quality primary and specialty optometric services, collaborating with ophthalmologists, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide specialty contact lens fitting and post‑surgery care.
• Coordinate with ophthalmologists for integrated patient management.
• Contribute to clinic quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board certification in optometry obtained within five years of hire.
• Experience in specialty contact lenses and post‑surgery care preferred.
• Residency training in optometry preferred; newer graduates will be considered.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
