- Deliver at Level II Trauma Center, 690-bed not-for-profit health system, with brand new Level III NICU

- Competitive Compensation: $400,000 guaranteed base
- Performance Bonus: Metric-based incentives, RVU production bonus
- Sign-On Bonus:$75,000
