Physician OBGyn Complex Family Planning Specialist (Open Rank/Track Faculty)

Position Overview

The General Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks a Complex Family Planning specialist for a full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity to add to the Department’s expertise in the area of Complex Family Planning. Ideal candidates are board‑certified or eligible physicians with fellowship training in complex family planning or equivalent experience who are interested in resident education, research, and direct patient care within a faculty practice. Provision of obstetric care is optional.

Responsibilities

Members of the General Division supervise resident continuity clinics, a dedicated resident family planning rotation, the gynecology teaching service, and in-hospital gynecologic consultation. Additionally, they have an active role in medical student education.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Successful completion of an accredited residency training program
• Ability to be licensed to practice medicine from the State of Ohio Medical Board
• Current registration with the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration)
• Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
