Obstetrics Gynecology PhysicianSeeking a compassionate, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrics Gynecology Physician to join an established, collaborative team. Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to patients across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based medical services. Manage a diverse patient panel by diagnosing, treating, and following up on various women's health issues, including prenatal, delivery, postnatal care, gynecological surgeries, and preventative care. Conduct inpatient hospital rounds regularly or coordinate care coverage to ensure continuity of care for hospitalized patients.

Collaborate closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers, pediatricians, advanced practice providers, and specialty consultants to deliver integrated patient-centered care. Utilize procedural rooms equipped for ultrasound, colposcopy, and urodynamics, while taking advantage of new advanced surgical technology such as a robot-assisted surgical system. Participate in a shared call schedule to provide after-hours support, maintaining responsiveness to patient needs while balancing work-life demands. Document thoroughly and accurately all medical histories, physical exams, consultations, procedures, and treatment plans in compliance with applicable medical staff bylaws and legal requirements.

Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff within the clinical team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on professional development and quality patient care. Engage in continuous education and professional growth opportunities using provided CME allowance and dedicated professional development time. Adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, and safety protocols, maintaining a constant state of alertness due to the safety-sensitive nature of the role. Participate in outreach efforts as needed, supporting patient care in additional clinical locations.

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department and hospital, helping maintain the high standards of the Labor Delivery unit recognized for quality scores. Serve a community-focused role at a critical access hospital that offers comprehensive healthcare services, making a meaningful impact in a rural and underserved area.
