Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95/hr

What You ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care for general medical patients in a 32-bed inpatient unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on various diagnoses including respiratory, gastrointestinal, neurological, musculoskeletal, dialysis, sepsis, and infections
- Ensure documentation in Epic EMR system with proficiency and accuracy
- Attend to patient safety and comfort while maintaining professional standards
- Participate in unit and facility quality initiatives and safety protocols
What You Need:
- Valid Kansas or Multistate RN license (no hits allowed)
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute medical/surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate weekends and holidays
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation
