Physician - Nocturnist - Hospitalist

Position Overview

Capital Health Medical Group is seeking a Hospitalist/Nocturnist to join our dedicated team. The role involves direct clinical care for diverse patient populations across central New Jersey and Bucks County, PA. This full‑time position requires 40 scheduled weekly hours.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $337,218.00 – $463,059.00

Opportunity Details

• Direct clinical care for diverse patient populations
• Supervision of medical residents and advanced practice providers
• Participation in hospital‑wide performance improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Call duties may be required and will be compensated above salary

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Current New Jersey license or ability to obtain one
• MD/DO degree from an approved medical school
• 3+ years of post‑graduate training in an accredited family medicine or internal medicine residency program
• 3+ years of experience practicing as a primary care physician (preferred)
