Job Details:
- Primary Care Physician role serving patients 18 and over in established outpatient practices in Newington and West Hartford, Connecticut
- 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting
- Full-time weekday schedule with a 4/10 hybrid work schedule available
- BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
- Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Efficient operations with robust staffing including nursing support and dedicated Medical Assistant
