Job Summary
Neuromuscular Specialist position at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center - Shreveport. Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible and eligible for a Louisiana license. Leadership opportunities are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients with neurological conditions.
- Educate medical students and Neurology residents, supervising in clinics, grand rounds, and didactic conferences.
- Participate in departmental activities and contribute to the growth of the Neuromuscular program.
- Mentor and provide clinical expertise to faculty and residents.
Resources & Facilities
Dedicated Infusion Center; multidisciplinary care; Academic Medical Department with the largest concentration of Subspecialty Neurologists in the Ark-La-Tex region; School of Medicine faculty and collaborations with the Graduate School and Allied Health.
