Located just over 90 miles west of Chicago, the Rockford region has many exemplary amenities with exceptional growth potential in all specialties of neurology."
Roles will include general neurology with an opportunity to develop specialized clinics and focused care in subspecialty fields including:

• Neuroimmunology / MS
• Movement Disorders
• Epilepsy
• Neuromuscular
• Dementia / Memory Care
• Lifestyle Medicine
  

You will be an integral party of a collaborative network working within the framework of ongoing, continued process improvement; always striving to make a better program and excellent patient experience. As partners of the entire University of Wisconsin team, we have direct access to some of the greatest minds and care in medicine.
Education

• MD or DO - Required
  

License/Certifications

• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
• Active Illinois medical license - Required
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required
• Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
