- Full-time BC/BE Nephrologist to join a hospital-based Nephrology practice
- Established, well-regarded group with 2 physicians; adding a 3rd
- Average 15 clinic patients per day
- Hospital rounds with 15 consults daily
- Strong Hospitalist program manages all admissions
- Call rotation Q3, one week at a time; paid $1,000 per 24-hour shift (75 shifts/year)
- Annual base salaryplus wRVU incentive
- Typical physician exceeds RVU threshold early in the year
- 216 clinic days per year (FTE)
- Generous compensation package including relocation and sign-on bonus
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; Fellowship trained in Nephrology
- Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis experience preferred
- Must have or be eligible for California medical license
- $20,000 relocation assistance and $60,000 sign-on bonus
- Eligible for PSLF and loan repayment up to $100,000 (max $10,000/year for 10 years)
