Facility:
This well-established medical center is setting up a new cardiology clinic designed to meet the growing needs of primary care patients requiring cardiology referrals and testing. The facility offers a collaborative environment with a focus on non-invasive cardiology services, including nuclear medicine, echocardiography, and stress treadmill testing, serving both the medical group and the broader local community.

Physician - Internal Medicine - Cardiology
Job Details:

• Permanent, full-time non-invasive cardiology position with an ASAP start date
• Join a newly established PMG Cardiology clinic serving primary care patients in need of cardiology referrals and testing
• Work alongside one APP in a collaborative outpatient clinic setting
• Outpatient clinic located at 3448 Villa Lane, Napa, CA 94558
• Call schedule of 7 days per month, including one call day per week and one weekend per month
• Provide non-invasive cardiology services including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and stress treadmill testing
• Perform and interpret TEE (Transesophageal Echo) and nuclear cardiology studies (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.)
• Manage both outpatient and inpatient cardiology cases, including ICU patients
• Electrophysiology experience preferred, including cardiac ablation, permanent pacemaker placement, and ICD/AICD implantation
• STEMI experience preferred
• Interventional cardiology services, including cath lab coverage and elective PCIs, will be referred to other local cardiologists
• Board certification required with BLS certification
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
• Active California medical license required
