Physician (MD/DO) – Weekend Saturday & Sunday – Adult Primary Care

Compensation: $144.26 – $160.29 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical health through examinations and diagnostic procedures
• Provide and oversee documentation, outside referrals, consultations, and follow-ups
• Offer clinical oversight and support to ARNPs, including care provision and documentation review
• Perform minor medical procedures such as sutures, IV placement, and lumbar puncture
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and provide education to patients and families

Qualifications & Requirements

• Medical doctorate (MD) or doctor of osteopathy (DO) from an accredited university
• Two (2) years post‑residency clinical experience in an outpatient/inpatient setting
• Psychiatric experience preferred
• Licensed in the state of employment
• Current DEA and applicable certifications
• Board certified or eligible in internal or family medicine

Additional Details

Weekend physician needed for 16 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday) at the Outpatient Housing Unit. Flexible scheduling available.
