Seeking a FullTime or Part Time Physician to join our well respected organization. Great work life balance

Serve as a primary care provider to a panel of patients, conducts outpatient visits, manages communication with patients, oversees safe transitions of care and refers for specialty care within our Patient Centered Care Model. Our Physician assesses health risks, promotes disease prevention, and practices evidence-based medicine.

Required/Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

• Completed accredited physician residency inFamily Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified/Board Eligible. Ability to obtain MA licensure and DEA

• Salary starts at $ 220,000 plus depending on experience
