About the Opportunity
Advanced Rejuvenation is seeking a full-time Florida-licensed MD or DO to join our Sarasota practice and play an important clinical leadership role as we continue to grow.
We are looking for a physician who wants to practice differently from the traditional high-volume medical model—someone who values spending meaningful time with patients, looking at the whole picture, and developing individualized strategies designed to improve health, function, longevity, and quality of life.

What You'll Do
As a physician with Advanced Rejuvenation, you will evaluate and manage patients using sound clinical judgment while incorporating appropriate conventional, integrative, functional, regenerative, and complementary approaches to care.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, examinations, and clinical assessments.
- Review medical histories, medications, laboratory findings, lifestyle factors, symptoms, and patient goals.
- Develop individualized treatment and wellness plans.
- Order, review, and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing.
- Prescribe medications, supplements, and other therapies when clinically appropriate.
- Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, lifestyle modification, and other relevant wellness strategies.
- Help patients understand the risks, benefits, limitations, and alternatives associated with treatment options.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and members of the care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Participate in case discussions, clinical education, and continued development of our programs.
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight when appropriate.
Medical Director Opportunity
For a physician interested in taking on a larger leadership role, responsibilities may also include:
- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the medical team.
- Helping develop and review clinical protocols and standards.
- Supporting quality assurance and patient-safety initiatives.
- Collaborating with ownership and leadership on new clinical programs and services.
- Providing appropriate physician oversight within applicable Florida requirements.
- Helping maintain a high standard of ethical, evidence-informed patient care.
The scope of Medical Director responsibilities will be discussed based on the physician's experience, interests, and the needs of the practice.
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Florida.
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication and patient-education skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Genuine interest in personalized and whole-person care.
Preferred:
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or another relevant specialty.
- At least two years of clinical experience.
- Experience or interest in integrative medicine, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, longevity medicine, hormone optimization, nutritional medicine, weight management, or related areas.
- IFM, A4M, or similar education or certification is a plus but not required .

You do not need to already be an established functional or integrative medicine physician.

Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation: $200,000–$240,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications, with performance-based opportunities.
Additional compensation may be considered for Medical Director responsibilities depending on the scope of the role and the candidate's experience.

This is an on-site position in Sarasota, Florida. Remote-only and part-time arrangements are not available for this position.
