Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physician (MD/DO) to provide primary and urgent care services to adult patients and children as needed. The physician will also serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive care.
• Conduct work-related health evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat common infections and acute illnesses.
• Evaluate and treat minor injuries, including sutures and staples.
• Address cold, flu, sinus, respiratory, urinary, and skin-related conditions.
• Provide sports physicals and acute care for children.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Active Indiana medical license or willingness to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid DEA and Indiana CSR registration.
• Willingness to serve as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners.
• New and recent graduates are welcome.
