Physician MD/DO — Flexible 6-Hour Shifts, Remote Charting

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an experienced physician to join our clinical team full time in skilled nursing facilities, providing primary and episodic care with the ability to manage your own patient panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families.

You will see roughly 16–25 patients per day, including wellness visits and chronic care management, while coordinating with facility staff and specialists to keep care seamless.
