Position Summary

MultiCare Health System seeks an energetic BE/BC MFM to join an established and rapidly growing practice. The care team currently includes 6 MFM physicians, 1 ARNP, certified genetic counselors, sonographers, a grief counselor, and an MFM case manager. MFM physicians typically work a 4‑day work week, share weekend rounding responsibilities for the MFM service, and provide inpatient and outpatient consultations with no in‑house call.

Our fully equipped antenatal testing and diagnostic units are AIUM‑accredited and employ the most up‑to‑date technology for remote ultrasound coverage and telemedicine services. Requirements

• Successful completion of a US residency and a maternal fetal medicine fellowship
• Board certified/eligible at time of employment
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale is $467,333.00 – $518,046.00 USD. Pay is influenced by factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and education. Note that if the position is associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
