Physician Lead - MSK Practice (Fully Remote)

• Lead the development of Devoted Health's national MSK practice, designing a care model that combines AI-driven tools with high-touch clinical care.
• Oversee the clinical architecture from triage to recovery, ensuring consistent delivery across diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define pathways for major MSK conditions, build the agentic AI system alongside engineering, and manage a shared patient panel.
• Hire and lead a team of APPs, PTs, and care team members, while continuously measuring quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Board-certified physician with deep MSK expertise and a track record of building clinical programs.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams to implement AI-enabled workflows.
