This traditional outpatient practice offers a great variety of care ranging from managing adult chronic medical conditions to caring for young couples starting families. Providers will benefit from onsite health coaches and an Integrated Health Therapist, with optional opportunities for inpatient hospitalist shifts and nursing home rounding.
