Job Summary

IM Primary Care Physician - Hospital-Employed for Lee County clinic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $275K
• Sign on bonus
• Continuing medical education (CME) allowance
• Relocation assistance
• RVU bonus structure with quality metric incentives
• Work schedule: 4.5 days with 0.5 day admin, or 4 day work week with extended hours
• No hospital or ER call; call for practice only
• 20 PTO days plus 7 holidays

Requirements

• Doctorate Degree in Medicine (Required)
• Work Experience: 0 - 1 year
• Experience in a related field (Preferred)
• Board certification or Board eligibility as defined by medical staff at the health system facility where you work, per employment/IC agreement, managed care plans, and other entities that credential Phoebe providers.
