Job Overview

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine-PediatricsPhysician to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic – Midway . This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on-site specialties and a long-tenured, highly experienced support staff.

Practice Details

• 12 provider primary carepractice with more than7 specialists onsite.


• Patient encounters average18-22 patients per day.


• 34 patient contact hours per week.


• Call Frequency: 1:18low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage.


• As part of Fairview’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.


• Openings: 0. 8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.


• Fully integratedElectronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program.


• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.


• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.


• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.


• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
