Job Description

The Physician is responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and documentation. The Physician is an integral part of a patient‑care team comprising providers, nurses, and medical assistants. Clinic hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with shared after‑hours telephone call coverage among all clinic providers.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of appropriate license or certification, including: Washington State License, Drug Enforcement Administration, National Provider Identifier
• Completion of residency
• Board certification in Internal Medicine
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (maintenance required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to a clinic environment
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous teaching experience

Wage

$337,762 – $375,000. Guaranteed base salary plus production and quality incentives. 10% employer contribution to pension plan.
