Responsibilities
- Supervise mid-level providers including PAs and NPs
- Focus on SNF patients; no residents involved in care team
- Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, developing treatment plans, and monitoring outcomes
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice required
- California license required or in process; DEA required
Employment and Benefits
- Monday - Friday schedule with no nights or weekends

Salary
Salary from $300,000.00 to $300,000.00 annually
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay. Please contact your consultant for details.
