Position

West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medical Oncology seek a Hematologist/Oncologist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Depending on operational needs, a successful candidate may also provide clinical outreach opportunities within Camden Clark Medical Center's service area in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Practice in the areas of hematology/oncology.
  • Provide excellent patient care.
  • Be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligibility for state medical license.
  • Completed accredited internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship.
  • Board certified/eligible in hematology/oncology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
