These are 100% outpatient roles . Designed for physicians who want to practice relationship-driven care in a supportive, team-based environment with the time and resources to prioritize quality over volume.
Position Highlights: 100% outpatient primary care Patient volume: 15-18 per day Longer appointment times to support prevention and chronic care Dedicated care team: MA, scheduler, behavioral health, social work, RN support Holistically designed centers with on-site fitness, social, and wellness programs Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Up to $300K base salary - based on experience Bonus Structure: Up to 20% of base salary Based on attainable quality and satisfaction metrics (HEDIS, outcomes, etc.) Ongoing support from senior clinical leadership to help you meet targets Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000 (paid within 30 days of start) Comprehensive Benefits Why This Role?
