Duties & Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinical care with rotating practice call assisted by Tele‑Stroke services
• Flexible schedule Monday‑Friday
• Manageable patient volume allowing for strong work‑life balance

Qualifications

• Experience is appreciated but not required; open to recent graduates
• Ideal candidate is team‑oriented, friendly, and ambitious
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Valid Illinois medical licensure (or ability to obtain IL license)
• Valid Illinois Controlled Substances license (or ability to obtain IL license)

Benefits

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and incentive programs. The pay range for a full‑time, 1.0 FTE neurologist is $326,000 - $430,000, which may increase with productivity bonuses, sign‑on and retention bonuses, and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets are available.
