This opportunity is located in Lanham, a suburb of Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
- One week on / one week off schedule averaging 22 weeks per year
- Physically on campus for 10–12 hour shifts with remaining time on call
- 1 in 6 night call rotation, including hospitalist weekend coverage
- Work with a team of seven GI hospitalists and additional midlevel support
- Focus on general GI; advanced procedures not required
- Required procedures include basic procedures, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), and colonoscopies
- Access to an onsite endoscopy suite
- Hospital‑employed, nonprofit position located less than one hour from Washington, DC and Baltimore
Compensation
Salary range: $600,000.00 to $640,000.00 annually.
Rates are all‑inclusive, combining an hourly base pay with potential earnings such as overtime, call, and holiday pay.
