Providers work closely with experienced APPs, RNs, and administrative staff across outpatient clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, hospital-based call, and medical diagnostic units.Practice HighlightsBlend of outpatient clinic and proceduresMinimum of 32 patient contact hours per weekPrimary practice location in Bend, OregonStrong APP and RN supportEpic EMR systemAdvanced endoscopic skills including EUS and ERCP welcomed but not requiredCollaborative and collegial physician cultureResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic GI procedures including EGD and colonoscopyProvide comprehensive care for a wide range of gastrointestinal conditionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver patient-centered careEducate patients and families regarding treatment plans and preventionMaintain timely and accurate medical documentationQualificationsRequiredMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of Gastroenterology fellowship trainingBoard Certified or Board Eligible in GastroenterologyOregon medical license or ability to obtainDEA certificationPreferredEUS and ERCP experienceExperience in outpatient GI practice settingsWhy St. Charles Health System?St.
