Our client in SC is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 60‑day assignment starting Sep 7, 2026. This role involves comprehensive patient care, including charting, managing chronic diseases, seeing new patients, and conducting follow‑ups. The schedule is structured for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Charting
- Patient care

- See new patients and follow‑up appointments
- Manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, cholesterol, and diabetes
- Provide Suboxone care if comfortable and MAT certified, collaborating with an on‑site psychiatrist for maintenance and evaluations
