- Three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 patient‑facing hours
- Rotating weekend shifts approximately every 4th weekend; Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 3 pm
- Weekend workers adjusted to two 12‑hour weekday shifts that week
- Must treat all ages; panel of 20 - 24 patients per shift
- Spanish‑speaking ability required
- Onsite lab, X‑ray, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists available
- Hospital‑employed position in North Carolina
- Board‑certified Family Practice physician required; no visa sponsorship
