- Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with light shared call of 1:3 or 1:4
- Low patient volume of 15 - 18 patients per day
- Outpatient-only rural health setting
- Mid-level support available
- Health system-employed position with strong organizational backing
- Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome
- DEA required; experience in rural family medicine preferred
