Employed Position with Full Benefits, Signing bonus and a yearly retention bonus.
. Call is 1:5 (can be done from home) - No ER coverage required. Flexible scheduling - 3, 4, or 5 day work weeks . Generous and aggressive tuition reimbursement program. Relocation Assistance . IPERS retirement (employee contributes 6.29% up to 315k and Hospital contributes 9.44% up to 315k). PTO - 240 hours annually.
