• Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm schedule with 34 patient contact hours per week
• Innovative Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities integrated care model
• Balanced role: 40% traditional primary care, 40% IDD primary care, 20% leadership and administrative
• Extended visit times with smaller IDD panel size for meaningful patient and family interactions
• Multidisciplinary team includes BCBA, social work, nurse navigator, and psychiatry support
• Leadership and academic opportunities including teaching residents and medical students
• Board-certified Family Medicine, Med-Peds, or Internal Medicine physicians encouraged to apply
• Minimum 5 years of experience required; interest in academics and leadership strongly preferred
