Title: Family Medicine Physician – Fairhaven, MA

Hours: Full Time

Shift: Day – weekend, holiday, on‑call shared after hours/weekend/holiday call schedule

Responsibilities

Southcoast Health is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our esteemed multidisciplinary group.

• High volume, quality focused and established practice with inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support and more.
• Advanced Practice Provider support and very reasonable call requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary with Productivity & Performance Based Incentives
• Sign‑on Bonus – $60,000
• Retention Bonus – $20,000 x 4 years

• Comprehensive benefits package including 4‑5 weeks’ vacation plus a week of CME and 6% match on retirement after 2 years.

• Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility required in Family or Internal Medicine with completion of a US residency.
• Current state medical license and DEA registration.
• Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills.
• Please note, we are unable to support J‑1 Waivers for Primary Care positions.
