Individual must be a graduate of accredited school of medicine with Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree plus completion of family medicine residency training program. Must have PA medical license and be board certified/eligible in family medicine. Will provide comprehensive outpatient medical services for family care patients.
