Park Nicollet Clinics – Shakopee is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a Primary Care Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine. This is an out‑patient position where you will have the ability to perform a range of in‑clinic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine care and perform a range of in‑clinic procedures.
• Receive in‑basket support.
• Work with an on‑site department assistant for clerical tasks.
• Work with an on‑site registered nurse to support patients with complex conditions.
• Collaborate with registered nurses providing triage.
• Assist with patient follow‑up.

Qualifications

• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine.
