Family Medicine Physician

Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join their team in Bagley, Minnesota. This traditional practice encompasses both outpatient and inpatient care, supported by a collaborative team of two physicians and three APPs. Clinicians will practice near the Sanford Bagley Medical Center with access to comprehensive on-site services, remote support, and robust outreach specialties.

• Clinic is nearby to Sanford Bagley Medical Center, a 25 bed critical access hospital
• Average hospital inpatient census of 6
• Annual ER volume of 3,200
• Remote support includes social worker, IHT, and RN case manager
• On-site services include EKG, X-ray, CT, PT/OT, cardiac rehab, chiropractic, laboratory, stress tests, eye service, IV infusion, and psych
• Outreach from Bemidji includes sleep, bariatrics, dermatology, mobile mamo, MRI, and OB

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional practice care encompassing both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Participate in call coverage for hospital inpatients primarily via phone calls

Compensation

• Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168
• Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• Additional incentives may be offered

Shift & Schedule
