Family Medicine Primary Care Physician

Location: Northbrook, Illinois

Full Time: 1.0 FTE; Hours: 7am-6pm Monday‑Friday and Saturday 7:30am‑12pm. Share call responsibilities on a rotation basis with colleagues, 4.5 hours on a Saturday rotation every 6 weeks (may adjust).

Pay Range: $222,369 (10th percentile) – $356,709 (75th percentile).

Responsibilities

• Development of a clinical practice.
• Maintain a minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month.
• Participate in weekend and weekday call.
• Teach house staff and medical students as assigned.

Qualifications

• Illinois Medical License or License Pending.
• Family Medicine residency completed and board certified or eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.
