Position Summary

Madison Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician who is BE/BC Family Medicine to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide full‑spectrum care in a rural community setting, including clinic, hospital/emergency room and care center services, for patients of all ages. Madison Healthcare current medical staff consists of 2‑MD, 1‑DNP/APRN/CNP, 1‑PA‑C and 1‑NP. You will work closely with a dynamic and collaborative group of clinicians who value shared decision‑making and teamwork. Salary

$265,175-$343,168

Duties / Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient, inpatient and ER care across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR.

Education / Experience

• MD/DO
• AMG or IMG
• BC/BE PREFERRED
• Licensure by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care/ER required
• DEA certification or eligibility
• BLS, ACLS, CALS, PALS or ATLS certifications preferred (required by end of orientation)
• EPIC EMR experience desirable (training available)
