Requirements

  • American Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
  • U.S. ACGME Residency

Hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 - $999.99
