Primary Care Physician – McKinleyville Community Health Center

Open Door Community Health Centers is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our integrated care team at McKinleyville CHC, located in McKinleyville, California. This role provides comprehensive, patient‑centered outpatient care in a rural Federally Qualified Health Center setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan.
• Emphasize preventive care and coordinate specialty services when needed.
• Provide patient‑centered primary care in a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications & Experience

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program.
• Current, unrestricted California physician and surgeon license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Board certification (or board‑eligible) in the specialty of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid California driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $234,635.20 to $267,624.00.
